I have to use a capture card, which is about 0 when I bought it, but I'm not sure if it's gone down or not. I would personally recommend Dazzle Capture cards, they are simple, fast, and have a pretty good quality, that is until youtube messes with the quality. The only downside is it has about a half second delay, and the recording screen in like 260x178.
