Sad Ending but still an Anime masterpiece. We can say it had a 'happy ending' but still unacceptable and weird the way it ends. the ending doesnt make it a bad experience. Not everything has to have a happy ending to be good. YOU GOT THE POINT? hahahaha. The Music, The biblical References, The Deep Meaning and perspective, complexity of life and mind..... Its not a common anime. It was Short but Huge at the same time. solving the puzzle of Evangelion is solving the answer to Life, the Universe.

Well done with the music - BUT i think you need a intro - saying was is going on in the vid (the impacts,the children etc.) And put out the noise from the movie!
And never show the end of a moive in a trailer - it sounds cool "We have begun the 3rd impact" but i think if you haven't finish to watch the serie it quit shit :)

ya.. but then shinji did put up the cross as a grave like thing... but she didnt die in the normal series as far as i know... and that ending is more upbeat overall so i just go with that 1 and use eoe to explain what is happeneing with instrumentality the normal ending

The series was them trying to prevent 3rd impact, the movie "The End of Evangelion" was about the hours leading up to 3rd impact and the outcome. Rebuild of Evangelion 1.0 is pretty much the first 6 episodes, starting with Rebuild of Evangelion 2.0, the movies are taking the story into a new direction.
