I hope no one took my comment as a personal insult on this movie that obviously has a following.I think the problem for people who are just now becoming aware of this somewhat "obscure" title is that it's hard to take most 80's horror films serious. Regardless I do have a interest in seeing it after the trailer, so they certainly did something right with the advertisement here.Much too often in the Horror films were completely out-done by campy writing.

you weren't shown the best scenes - but did see almost all of them. it's really creepy and revolting in a low budget 'brain damage' kinda way. the father/alien came back for his son

You know the shot ...
You know the shot of what's-his-name in mid-transformation, with no eyes/nose and has needle teeth? That shit scared the shit right out of my shit.

xtro, the one movie ...
xtro, the one movie series that never sticks to the main idea from the first movie, xtro 1- a movie where a guy turns into an alien, xtro 2- a movie where a monster from another dimension, and xtro 3- a movie where a group of solders fight an alien that spits acid, it all sux

The worst beginning ...
The worst beginning for a movie ever! But it's not the worst movie in the history of mankind, even though this is cheesy as hell. If you say cheesy, you say Xtro 3. But I saw the whole thing & I didn't fell asleep. So that was positive.

there's nothing ...
there's nothing wrong with the creatures. the one in the first movie was weird and scary. the one in the second movie was just like the alien... the one in this one looks like the alien from area 51

aliens from Alien movie are scary, I can't say so about these creatures lol they are just ridiculous

I loved Xtro and the death by Action Man was pure class
