Why? I was interested when I heard about an animated series, but this looks terrifying! I know that Rick Moranis is short, but that doesn't meant that they should portray Dark Helmet as a midget in the series.
And what's with all of the bouncing? I can hardly respect this. I'm afraid to see what has happened to the brilliant spaceballs now that this garbage is here.

Bouncing seems to be a critical thing for animation these days. That and the fact that Space Balls was somewhat irreverent from the start. This is a trailer though, so it's designed to find a way to appeal to the potential audience and encourage them to watch it.
As for Dark Helmet... Well, he wasn't precisely a midget in the movie, but he always has been extremely short. :P
