Seriously I don't know what your benchmark is for a good movie, but Tron is possibly the best Disney motion picture _ever_ made. It's a timeless treasure that is getting better with age. It has gained new fans with each decade becoming a cult classic that truly inspires peoples imaginations. Very few films of any age can stand beside it as equals.
