Very good movie and I own it on DVD. First one's the best, second one's not as good but ok, third one is by far the worst of the trilogy.

To date , 4 of d actors that appeared in these films have died. . 1982: Dominique who played the older sister in the 1st P/geist movie was murdered by her Scum bag B/F. 1985: J. Beck who played the 'bad spirit' in P/geist 2, died of stomach cancer. 1987: W. Sampson who played d 'good spirit' in P/geist 2, died after receiving a heart-lung transplant. 1988: Heather died of a septic infection .. Is it a curse.?

Agreed ; the producer claimed they played on the fact that you can be just as insecure in a tall building as in a small isolated countryhouse... Still, the atmosphere of a building in a thriving city's will never be as eerie as the one of a suburbia, individual house.
