Ireland has come a ...
Ireland has come a long way since the laundries, but it goes to show that an entire society can be held accountable for the actions of an independent power. The Irish church WAS God for a very long time, and no one questioned its power. Many of these girls were "turned in" by their own fathers and families...horrifically tragic. Let's hope they learn from their mistakes, although history has consistently proven otherwise.

i think there was always a close relationship between Jesus and Mary,have you ever noticed how the church always depicts her as a lower person when in the presence of jesus seated or kneeling etc,but never seen as an equal,yet she was there for him even until the ressurection! she was more than just a follower IMO

I'm sure that this movie will say what I have always known in my heart. That Jesus loved Mary. It makes more sense to me that Jesus would have a wife. He wanted to show how to be a normal person and also be able to become a Christ. If he were too different than everyone else, they wouldn't have embraced his teachings. Jesus and Mary had three children. I still can embrace Jesus' teachings regardless of whether he was married or not.

after watching this movie i have to believe the whole thing is staged...kinda like the blair witch project. the messages in the bottles all looked too new and the 'ancient' bottle they cracked open happened to have a seam mark like it was massed produced. meh.
