It is 13 % actually. But yes, unfortunately it is serious. But this is just the bunch of nostalgic Easterner's who have problems with unenmployment and feel a lack of social security and some west german idiots who say reunification cost too much money, being the main reason for a loss of Germany's wealth, declining from place 3 of the world's wealthiest nations to place 18 (statistically). Even if unification is finished formally, it won't be finished de facto for years.
