Hartford Bee September 8, 1983 JESUS ROCKS! Animated show is funny and edgy. So much will undoubtedly be written about this animated sitcom depicting the life of a young Jesus and it will have nothing to do with how good the show itself is. The show is really about the trials of Jesus younger brother, James, who constantly lives in the shadow of you-know-who. Jesus is a little arrogant and quite the prankster but its his humanity that belies the greatness to come.
