You too huh?!? I got MY initiation to Horror Hotel on WNEW 5's Creature Features (Channel 5 New York) same as you! Early 70's as far as I can recall. CF died out in 1980 after about 3 years of "all nighters" hosted by "The Creep" Lou Steele. I remember him sitting under the studio lights with his leisure suit and shades, speaking in those menacing tones. Someone NEEDS to find a CF opening and video and post it at YouTube!
