Actually she didn't die from the chainsaw cutting her face, it got tangled in her hair and the guy stopped. Then he was killed because he refused to continue with killing her. And she was "resold" to a creepy old guy who was in another room eating the flesh from another person's leg. -Haven't you seen this by now?

because the torture place in hostel is located in europe and its not uncomon for the people there to speak more than one european language, in fact.. lots of people there know at least a couple of the european languages, ususally the language of their country and those surrounding it
