As for the driver w/ the cam....I'm sure he/she threw on the four-ways and slowed, watching what was going on behind them, as well as in front, and pulled over as soon as it were safe to do so. The inattention of the black Nissan is as follows..whether changing from right to left lanes or left to right a clear path is needed to make the switch. There was none. Reasoning being he exited too late from the CENTER lane..not the right lane adjacent to the off ramp which he should have been in prior to the exit he wanted to get off of. The truck was clearly in his path to cut over two lanes of travel which the truck was trying to avoid when the car miscalculated and drove into HIM!
