The cinematography ...
The cinematography in this film was so bad it hurt. The sets were however, unbelievable. The budget this film got still to this day astounds me. The film itself is quite good, but I say quite good in the way that only a 70's version of a story about a Roman psychotic ruler filled with nudity, homosexuality, beastiality, ejaculation, murder, execution, rape, with several production companies, fights about the script, pornstars, and a censorship issue the size of spain can be.
