This is an extremely difficult movie to classify. Yes, it does contain a decent amount of hard core pornographic material, and it's way over the top in terms of style and substance, but a decent attempt is being made by the big name actors and the production team to create something legitimate here. I can honestly see this movie being remade today (with the sex toned down a bit), potentially becoming as successful and as critically acclaimed as the HBO series "Rome."
