Nearly 99% of them are exploiting others, with bottled water, phony cloths, and promises of forgiven sins. That is how they pay the bills and afford lavish vehicles in the name of the lord. They prey on others, no doubt. But like I said, wait till 1AM and see what is on. Shameful. It's no wonder people are leary of the church.

Well, to be honest, alot of pastors and evangelical Christians have gone after them. The whole Jim Baker scandel of 1988, all the information to the media was provided by not investigative reporters, but Christian pastors. While I don't think being a televangelist makes someone necessarily wrong, but its the ones that are using the church's tithe money for the wrong things. I can tell you that this is an embarassment for me as a born-again Christian and sends unbiblical messages about Jesus.

If televangelists are so wrong, then why don't Christains go after them as much as they go after "cults" and Atheist'? Seems like another double standard to me, since the only infomecials on after midnight are televangelists. Hmmm?
