My heart goes out to you. An undergraduate friend of mine died of chronic alcholism. She was a straight A student, and a few very close calls were not enough to wake her up to the reality of what she was doing. If she was not doing school work, she was not sober. It can happen to anyone, party kids, scholarly kids... I hope you can use the current media attention on Natalee Holloway to get light on this very serious and tragic danger to our kids.
